Goldenline View, Incorporated or Goldenline View, Inc., S Corporation, began on December 21, 2006 and has been working to complete corporate procedures with Nevada Corporate Headquarters located at Las Vegas Nevada.   Articles of Incorporation for Alaska Entity 105631 in Real Estate on January 2, 2007, Certificate of Incorporation on January 7, 2007, and Certificate of Good Standing on February 4, 2008 was received from the State of Alaska, Department of Commerce,Community, and Economic Development Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing.

Goldenline View, Inc. is working in cooperation with The Tax Club, Manhattan Professional Group with offices located in the Empire State Building, New York, New York, to begin a gold mining venture at Council, Alaska.  A professional business proposal has been completed and tentative start-up operations are to begin summer 2012, depending on availability of funding.
